Provide a day of leadership training for women and promote gender equality in Cambodia
In Cambodia, the stats tell a somber tale: only 7% of village leaders and 5% of school directors are women. But here's the twist, you can help rewrite that story! With the impact of this impact, we're levelling up the playing field. The goal is simple but ambitious: 50% of leadership positions across all sectors should be held by women.
To make this happen, your support goes toward a multifaceted approach. Firstly, instilling the principles of gender equity. Ladies selected for this program undergo leadership training that equips them with the skills to run community-based projects. The best part? These projects are entirely the girls' ideas. Whether it's organising a village clean-up, teaching hygiene practices, or providing tuition to younger kids, these young leaders are already changing the world around them.
Help to provide a place with cleaner communities, healthier kids, and educated young minds—all guided by empowered women leaders. Gender equality isn't a women's issue, it's a human issue so let's do this, let's change the future together!
