Our 'impacts' are special β they carry your personal messages, which we print inside each card before sending them out. This personalised touch is what makes each impact uniquely yours and, therefore, truly special.
Personalised Impacts: No Returns or Exchanges
Since each impact is personalised, we're unable to offer returns or exchanges. When you place an order for an impact, it becomes a final sale. The funds for the associated impact action are allocated immediately to ensure that your message of change and care is delivered without delay.
Damaged or Defective Impacts
We always aim for perfection, but understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. In the rare event that your impact arrives damaged or defective, we are here to help. Cauuuse will send a like-for-like impact, free of charge, to rectify the issue. Alternatively, we may offer a credit for use in our impact store, ensuring that your intention to create a positive change is still fulfilled.
Extra Gifts of Good
Our Extra Gifts of Good, the delightful array of gifts that complement our impacts, are supplied directly by our valued partners. These items are subject to the individual return policies of each partner.
If your Extra Gift of Good is lost, damaged, or defective, rest assured, we will collaborate with our partner to solve the problem. In those rare cases where a resolution isn't possible, we will provide a refund covering the full value of the Extra Gift of Good. Please note, however, that if the Extra Gift of Good is purchased along with an impact, the value of the impact is not eligible for a refund.
